About a year ago I was approached by a family requesting photos for a very specific purpose. The family entered into the adoption process and needed photos for a profile to present to mothers who choose to place their babies into adoptive families. It is always my hope to photograph people in a genuine way that truly represents who they are, but there was a bit of added pressure considering the photos could ultimately be used alter the entire life of a little one.
Within the past few weeks, that hope for an addition came true. Welcome Maia! I am so excited to see you grow.
